We're collaborating with Village Skate Co. on April 10th to takeover The Pioneer Skatepark at their next Girl's evening🙌 Village Skate Co is a community-based group for women, girls and minority genders particularly focused on mums with the aim of building confidence by learning to skateboard. To help in their aim, we're offering a free skateboard lesson to get new starters and early beginner females feeling confident on a skateboard, finding similarly minded skaters and giving you the skills

🛹 Level: Improver 👦 Ages: 5–17 years ⏰ Time: 6-7 pm 📅 New student bookings open from 26th March, until then these classes are password protected to offer current students first refusal. Our Improver Skateboard Course at The Pioneer Club, St Albans is designed for skaters who have mastered the basics and are ready to push themselves further. To move into our Improver Lessons, we look for students to be able to do the following: • Dropping in quarter-pipes without assistance. • Can navigate a skatepark independently. • Can kick-turn without help. • Have a basic understanding of tricks such as ‘the ollie.’ • Would benefit from a more independent learning environment. We keep class sizes small to give students the support and guidance they need. For Improvers who are ready to take their skateboarding to the next level will focus on building new skills, refining technique, and boosting confidence. With a focus on safety and fun, our experienced instructors will guide you through each step, offering personalised tips and building your confidence on the board. Our fast track lessons will have you cruising in no time!
