This class will use the aerial hoop to build strength and work on tricks. The hoops can begin at a low height and as the students confidence builds the hoop can be taken up higher. Students can work at their own pace and will not be made to do any move they are not comfortable with.
This class will use the aerial silks to build strength while learning moves and tricks with the apparatus. Students can work at their own pace and will not be expected to do a move they are not happy to do.

Instructor: Krista Drage This class will introduce students to Pole Fitness, build strength and coordination while learning fun tricks on the pole as well as floor based moves around the pole. Students can work at their own pace and will not be made to do any move they are not comfortable doing.
Roll up! Roll up! It’s time for fun and laughter Come along and enjoy an exciting time learning aerial hoop and silks skills just like the performers in the circus. Try out juggling and balancing activities, design your own clown face and then paint it on yourself or your friend before home time. This circus club is designed for children age 6 to 10. They will get the opportunity to try out circus activities as stated above, there will be breaks during the session and time for lunch so please remember to bring your packed lunch with you.
This class is a fun little session. After a warm and some games we will use the apparatus. The hoops will be low to the ground with safety mats underneath. Students will be allowed to progress at their own pace and won’t be expected to do any moves they are not happy to do. The session will finish with a cool down. As the students confidence increase the hoop can be taken higher.

This class is designed to help increase flexibility. You do not have to want to achieve the full splits to attend this class. However should this be your goal then this class will get you there.
