Come along to Shanice's class at Woodlands Arts Centre, Shanice is very bubbly and makes sure all her classes are enjoyable for all. This class combines Street, Jazz, Hip Hop and Freestyle. Learn technical steps as well as improving the dancers confidence to find their own style of dance with guidance from Shanice. This summer we are inviting you to keep dancing and moving and join in the fun with Shanice! Non AMG dancers welcome for over the summer!

: Funky Ballet and Contemporary twist – 4-6 years at Amgdance

* Please note that children need to be 4 years old and in Reception to attend the class. Over the years we have tried variety of classes and we believe that this class is a perfect mix for young dance to experience dance technique but also able to be creative, uplifting and fun! Come and join AMG Dance, An uplifting class that teaches children the basic fundamentals of Ballet and contemporary technique combined with POP and creative dance. The dancers will learn and combine the disciplines of the dance genres by learning choreographed routines whilst encouraged to be creative to popular music that they love. This gives them the best opportunity to experience variety of dance styles. Our teachers love to be creative and share their knowledge and love of dance to engage children to be creative and build their confidence. The classes are all linked to either topics, themes or the music. Star dancer is back, our AMG teacher will announce her star dancer after every lesson.

Dance and Tone over 50s

Join shanice every Friday for a fun, energetic fitness class that helps improve your strength and cardio. Exercises that challenge you whilst enjoying your 1 hour workout. We are excited to be back in the studio and we hope to see you there.

Parent and Child Wiggle and Dance class for 2-4 years at Amgdance

Parent and child – Fun and engaging classes for you and your child to enjoy. Our grown ups are asked to assit our dancers throughout the lesson to support them with their dance moves. Both of our parent and child classes are a great way to encourage listening skills, team work, co- ordination, musicality and most importantly a chance for you and your little one to have a great time together creating memories. Wiggle and Dance : Focuses on General dance movements linking the movements to themes each month for a fun engaging class. Shanice uses props in her class which the children enjoy and are able to create a small art piece to take home at the end of the session. Wiggle includes 30 minutes of dance and 15 minutes of arts and craft.

POP Dance 4-6 years

Our POP Dance class is our longest classes running , the sessions are very popular. Children must be 4 and in Reception to attend. Our AMG teacher Shanice provides an energetic, friendly fun class to popular chart music, Disney and more. The class includes a Warm up, Exercises based on technique and choreographed routines. The class also includes freestyle from time to time do help develop confidence and work on their creativity. Shanice will be announcing at the end of each session her Star Dancer of the week!

POP Dance 7-12 years

Our POP Dance class is our longest classes running , the sessions are very popular. Our AMG teacher Shanice provides an energetic, friendly fun class to popular chart music and more.
