Joy by Jessy – Joyful Dance Fitness Classes
Joyful dance fitness classes for adults with a focus on having fun and feeling good. Inclusive, weight neutral and beginner friendly. Come along and move your body joyfully in a low pressure and non-judgmental environment. Plenty of options will be provided throughout so that you can choose what feels right for your body and take things at your own pace. My classes are for you if any of the following are true: You want to dance joyfully in an inclusive, non-judgemental and low pressure space You’re looking for classes that focus on having fun and feeling good You are a dance or fitness beginner or are just getting back into it You want to participate in group exercise classes but have felt too nervous You want to feel empowered to modify movements to fit your body’s needs and abilities You want to build fitness at your own pace * You want an instructor who believes that people with bodies of all shapes and sizes deserve to feel the benefits of movement without a need to change how they look Tuesdays at 6:30pm, Panshanger Community Centre, 24 Hardings, Welwyn Garden City AL7 2EJ.
