‍ SUPER SIBLINGS! 3 week course

⭐️⭐️ SUPER SIBLINGS IS BACK! ⭐️⭐️ Do you have a new baby (6 weeks to approx 18 months) who has an older sibling of 2.5 - 7 years? If so, we have something very special just for you! Our 3 week Super Siblings course is all about enhancing the bond between brothers and sisters! Over the hour long sessions, will be using baby massage, craft activities, songs, sensory exploration and messy play to learn all about being an amazing big brother or sister and exploring the feelings that having a new baby in the family can bring. 💖 The focus will be very much on the older child, with the parent alongside to support, however I will be on hand to advise on colic, digestive issues, introducing solids, teething problems etc if required. All sessions will be very relaxed and baby/child-led. Most important of all is that everyone is relaxed and having fun! All resources included.

Baby Massage FOUR Week Course

The Mothership Family Hub is our own space, located at The Hydro Hub, Seale Hayne. It’s a beautiful calm and quiet venue, just perfect for baby massage! Easily accessible from Ashburton, Newton Abbot and Chudleigh. The award winning classes are a chance to share a special time with your baby, meet other new parents, feel supported by a qualified Fourth Trimester Specialist and relax, whilst learning the art of baby massage and all its many benefits including; 🌸 the relief of colic 🌸 alleviating trapped wind 🌸 inducing restful sleep 🌸 relieving constipation 🌸 promoting healthy brain development 🌸 soothing teething pain 🌸 boosting the immune system 🌸 bonding with your baby 🌸 lowering the risk of postnatal depression You will also learn some settling techniques, soothing holds, which oils are best and why and some simple baby yoga moves. Suitable for babies from 6 weeks to active crawling at around 12 months. Mats will be provided and throughly sanitised before and after the session. The course includes; • your own bottle of coconut Massage Oil • a PDF showing all the strokes • certificate on competition Classes are friendly and non-judgemental. A calm and safe space for you to meet other new parents and enjoy some special time with your new baby whilst learning a whole body massage routine, as well as techniques to soothe and settle. 🫧 Welcome to Baby Spa! 🫧 Immerse yourself and your little one in the tranquil and calming environment of The Mothership Family Hub, with gentle spa music, ‘Galaxy’ lighting and aromatherapy. Your baby will enjoy a blissfully warm bath with a range of natural items available for you to add including; 🫧 Oats 🫧 Fruit 🫧 Flowers to nourish the skin and create beautiful, unique photo opportunities (and a little snack if you get peckish! 🍓) This will be followed by a pampering facial, relaxing massage and an explore of natural sensory play items… all whilst taking in the beautiful zen atmosphere. If that wasn’t enough, there will be a gorgeous photo set up to capture those special memories! 📸 Spa robes, slippers, turbans and nourishing coconut oil provided. These are small, intimate groups with only 5 babies in each session, allowing plenty of room for an additional adult to join you without any additional cost (please add a note to your booking). Sessions are run by a qualified and insured Fourth Trimester Specialist and Baby Massage Teacher. 🙋🏼‍♀️

🕷Baby’s First Halloween Workshop🕷 🌟 Suitable from 6 weeks - 12 months Join us for 90 gorgeous minutes of Halloween fun in our beautiful child-safe space, The Mothership Family Hub! Fancy dress is very much encouraged for this lovely session creating magic memories! 🎃 Included in this session will be; • a scary footprint craft keepsake to design and make (I have a ton of resources and inspo, but you are free to get super creative!) • ‘bumpkin’ prints (if you choose to!!) • baby massage with spooky sensory lighting • Halloween developmental play • a creepy photo set up A fun and memorable way to celebrate your baby’s first Halloween 💓

IF YOU WOULD LIKE MORE INFO REGARDING PRIVATE SESSIONS PLEASE EMAIL ✨ I’m so excited to introduce All Systems GLOW ✨ A UV arts, crafts, disco party workshop for children aged 4 - 12 years. We’ll start the 90 minute session in normal lighting, with a range of art activities which children are free to explore. There will be; ✨UV tshirt making ✨Jewellery making with neon UV beads ✨UV face and body painting station (for children to decorate themselves!) And more! We’ll then switch the lighting, wearing our glow in the dark creations, for a UV disco with balloons, bubbles, dancing and a lot of fun! 🫧🕺🏻🪩💃 Wearing white or neon is encouraged to get the best UV disco effect!!!

🦇 HALLOWEEN TUFF TRAY GLOW! 🦇 Glow in the dark messy play… what could be better?! HUBBLE BUBBLE! Think powerful potions and witches brews! There’s so much magical messy fun to be had! 🧪 🧙‍♀️ ✨ 🫧 These UV neon, child-led sessions include several tuff tray set ups with various sensory, messy play and small world activities for children to explore… all glowing under UV lighting! We’ll then finish with a glow in the dark baby disco with bubbles and dancing! 🫧 These activities are designed and guided by an Early Years Specialist with 20 years experience, to create a fantastic learning opportunity full of fun! A wonderful way for children to explore the world through sensory play, developing communication and language skills, motor control and supporting cognitive development.

This will be followed by a pampering facial, relaxing massage and an explore of our Halloween sensory play… all whilst taking in the beautiful zen atmosphere. Introducing Tuff Tray Tinies! 🥕🥦🍎🍌🍓 So many people have been asking for a Tuff Tray session for younger babies… and here it is!! Sessions will include several tuff tray set ups with various sensory, messy play activities suitable for babies, aged 6 months to confidently walking, and will be 100% safe for tinies with all resources age appropriate, all tray contents edible and prepared safely for weaning babies… and absolutely no choking hazards. There will be no allergens used, with the exception of dairy, as parents will be aware of a dairy allergy by 6 months of age. If your child has a dairy allergy, CMPA or you are a vegan family, just pop it on the form and I will use alternatives in that session. As a trained and qualified Starting Solids Facilitator and Early Years Specialist with 16 years experience, these sessions will not only be a fantastic learning opportunity to support weaning, but also a chance for you to ask any questions you may have with regards to introducing solids to your baby! Suitable from 6 months to confidently walking
