This group is for autistic and ADHD women and girls age 12+ We welcome everyone and accept and expect anxiety. There is no pressure to join in or interact with anyone if you do not feel able to. It is inclusive of NB and trans. Children and young people under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Over 18s can bring a friend or family member with them if they feel anxious or need specific support from them.

It is run in partnership with Short Breaks so, attendees will need a Short Breaks card. It costs £4 to attend. This can be paid at the session. Young people attend this session without an adult. If it is a young person's first session, we will need a completed Registration Form before they can attend. Online forms can be found in the event attachments below. If the young person is under 16, this can be done by an adult and emailed to us () or returned at the beginning of the session. We will also have paper copies available that an adult can complete on arrival at the session.

People with diagnosis, on the waiting list for a diagnosis, self diagnosed, or curious about assessment and diagnosis are welcome. We welcome everyone and accept and expect anxiety. There is no pressure to join in or interact with anyone if you do not feel able to. There is a range of activities available including shared board games, mindful colouring, puzzles, books, craft, consoles as well as chance to talk to Peer Support Mentors and ask questions. You may bring someone with you for the first session if feel anxious or need other support from them, however this is not a group for family members, carers or supporters.
A meet to bring your unfinished arts or crafts projects to or a chance to start a new one! We have different mediums for painting and drawing and have lots of supplies for clay modelling, jewellery making, scrapbooking and more. You are more than welcome to bring anything you might need with you and feel free to bring your own devices if you like to create digital art.
Lego & Puzzle Meet
Love Lego or have a passion for puzzles? This is the meet for you! Stick with the structure of a puzzle or get your create on with our huge Lego collection. Free form Lego creation, with ideas and inspiration. Group or individual jigsaw puzzles.
Dungeons and Dragons group for autistic and ADHD adults over the age of 18. These D& D sessions are short campaigns that can be completed in 4 sessions. We welcome everyone and accept and expect anxiety. There is no pressure to join in or interact with anyone if you do not feel able to. There is a £2 voluntary donation for this activity which can be paid on the evening. Carers may attend if they are needed to support with communication. We ask that they do not participate in group conversations. They do not need to book their own ticket, but please inform us of their attendance in the Supports and Adjustments section when booking.
Quiz Meet
If you have a particular subject you'd like covered in the Quiz, please let us know on the booking form and we'll do our best to include it, no matter how "out-there" it may seem. We go through the answers at the end of the quiz so, ask that people don't shout out answers during the rounds. Everyone is still free to chat throughout . It is also an opportunity for autistic and ADHD adults to meet each other and chat with our peer support workers. This group is for autistic adults over the age of 18. This is a smaller and quieter social group for people who may feel like they need 'something in between' What does this mean? Some people are happy to come to our social groups and enjoy their own company. This is totally fine and a completely valid way of being with other people. Some people find it very difficult to connect with other people, and to join in with conversation but want to be with other people. The bridge is a group for people who want to meet other autistic or ADHD people, but need more time, space, and support. Each session will have a Peer Mentor who connects easily to help us, and one who also finds starting conversations challenging, so you know you are not alone. There will be no forced participation, no role play and everyone is still free to choose their own activities, or to join with others. with support. A meet for the elders of our autistic and ADHD community to get together, share their experience and chat with our peer support mentors.

Drop-In A chance to: • visit the building. • borrow from the Sensory Library. • talk to our peer supporters and volunteers • ask questions and discuss issues and concerns Task Thursday Do you have unopened post, uncompleted forms, emails you need to send, schedules and plans you want to complete or any of life’s other demands that feel too overwhelming to get started or finish on your own? Task Thursday may be the meet for you. It’s a chance to bring in those “things” you just can’t seem to do and get them done! It is based around the idea of Body Doubling. It is about doing tasks alongside others. It helps people to get motivated to start a task and stay focused for long enough to complete it. Our Peer Mentors aren’t there to do the task for you, although they will offer support if you need it.
