Our Boys Boxing & Wellbeing Session provides a safe and structured environment where young people can develop both physically and mentally through the discipline of boxing. Our Sunday Football, Multi-Sports & Youth Club Session offers young people a fun, active, and supportive environment to enjoy sport, socialise, and develop life skills. Led by our Wellbeing Coach and youth team, the session combines football training and matches with youth club activities that focus on personal development, teamwork, and wellbeing. This is a 24 week programme designed to improve mobility, stability and balance. The programme has been refunded by the Northfield NNS / Birmingham City Council. Applications are now open for the next programme. A second class is also taking place every Thursday at Oddingley Hall

This class is a roller skating class for complete beginners who have never skated before, as well as skaters who can already get up off the floor, skate forward, stop and who are looking to learn skating backwards, transitions and more. Skate Buddies UK CIC have developed a roller skating programme for adults 18+. In this dynamic programme you learn roller skating basic skills and fundamentals, as well as strengthening your core muscles, building your endurance and improving your cardio, flexibility, mobility and range of movement with the integrated RollerFitness exercises to get you skate fit. You will have fun, meet new people and meet the members of the local skate community, you’ll be dancing by the end of the programme, reducing your fear of skating and building your confidence and mindset whilst having fun. We create a fun, safe, warm and welcoming environment that enables you to be at ease, so that you can learn and grow in a space that promotes patience and compassion. YOU MUST BOOK HERE TO SECURE YOUR SPOT: Mixed skill level badminton club, open to all regardless of whether your a beginner or someone who is more advanced, we aim to create an open and fun space where everyone feels valued and is able to enjoy some good games and positive vibes. As this is the first week Hamzah be running this it will only be two courts and limited numbers, if all goes he will scale this up to more courts and more numbers. Games will doubles and we will be using the ebadders system to organise individual games and keep track of rankings. Sessions are open to all skill levels so no matter whether your just starting out or a more seasoned player, we welcome all. Shuttlecocks will be provided, please bring your own rackets.
