Solihull Natural Health Group Meetup

Stella Brookes is one of our most popular speakers and we're thrilled to welcome her back. Stella normally kicks our year off, but due to the group taking a short pause she's joining us in April instead, and honestly, the timing couldn't be more perfect. Event Details: Dancing with Your Divinity: Daring to Become "It is never too late to be what you might have been." George Eliot Something is shifting. And unlike the many waves of change that have come before, this one feels different. Final, almost. Like a door closing on one way of being, and another swinging gently open. Astrologers across the world agree. 2026 is a year like no other. April is an ignition point, and while many people can't name what they're sensing, they can feel that something is shifting. Whether you're newly aware or have walked the path of self-discovery for many years, you can feel it too. In fact, part of you always knew this time was coming. We've collectively been moving toward it, and for those who came here to be part of the change needed at this time, you've worked quietly, persistently, perhaps across more than one lifetime. And so here you are. Finally. At the threshold. The question now isn't whether you're ready. The question is whether you're willing to stop seeking, to stop working on yourself as if you're somehow flawed, and instead start becoming. To stop preparing and start dancing. You're a creative force, and part of you knows that the time for waiting is coming to an end. That part of you came here to move, to create, to change things simply by being fully, unapologetically you. This year carries a fire that wants to lift everything forward. To burn through what no longer serves. The invitation is to dance with that fire rather than be consumed by it. And dancing with it begins with one simple thing. Remembering who you actually are, and daring to let that be enough. In this talk Stella will explore what these extraordinary times are calling fo

On May 1st, as spring reaches its fertile fullness, we will gather beneath the ancient trees of Moseley Bog to honour Beltane — an ancient turning point in the wheel of the year. Traditionally, Beltane marks a threshold: the crossing from intention into embodiment, from seed into bloom. It is a celebration of life-force energy, creativity, courage and becoming. In the quiet shelter of the forest at dusk, we will work gently with these themes through: 🕯 A symbolic candle ritual — each flame representing what you are ready to release, and what you are ready to ignite 🥁 Soft, grounding drumming to awaken rhythm within the body and reconnect to instinct 🌿 Nature-based mindfulness practices to anchor you into presence, sensation and awareness 🌸 A simple May ritual to honour growth, vitality and your next unfolding chapter This is not about performance or belief. It is about experience. Psychologically, seasonal rituals help the nervous system register change. They give shape to transition. They allow us to consciously close one chapter and step into another. Beltane is an invitation to ask: What in me is ready to bloom? What passion have I quietened? Where am I being called to step forward? Expect woodland air, birdsong softening into evening, candlelight flickering between the trees, and a sense of quiet reconnection — to nature, to others, and to the wilder, wiser part of yourself. Spaces will be limited to keep the gathering intimate. If you feel the pull of the forest this May Day, you are warmly invited to join us. Cost only £20 (payable on the day) We will be meeting in the Car Park on Yardley Wood Road Please contact me with any further questions Autumn

We are a friendly group of board/card game designers and playtesters set up in London in 2009. We meet to play games and each other's design prototypes. Everyone is welcome to join us and bring along their own designs or settle down to play and give their opinion. Ever designed a game and wanted to see how it plays? We have regular playtesting meetups across the country in London, Cambridge, Newcastle, Brighton, Cardiff, Leeds, Enfield, Bath, Norwich, Edinburgh, Sheffield, Birmingham, Bristol, Cornwall, Oxford, Dundee, Oxford, Southampton and SE London. Birmingham local better friendships Meetup Group

Sun
📍 B1 2NJ

Welcome to The Local Singles Connection Club. I started this group because I wanted a simple, low-pressure way to meet other single people in the area without the endless swiping or awkward small talk at bars. We focus on online speed dating, which is exactly what it sounds like: short, timed conversations with a few different people in one evening. It’s a chance to see if there’s a spark without committing to a whole dinner or coffee date. The format keeps things light and moves quickly, so you never feel stuck.
