Adults Crafty Sessions – Hand-Sewn Flowers Wreath Workshop

##Who says wreaths have to just be for Christmas? A wonderful craft evening workshop for adults. All levels welcome, come stitch, recycle, and create something truly special to take home !Image Ever wanted to learn how to hand-sew delicate flowers and turn them into a beautiful spring wreath? Join textile artist Lee-Anne Hampson for a fun, relaxed, creative workshop where you’ll learn how to transform old fabrics into a stunning springtime arrangement. Using simple hand-sewing techniques, you’ll repurpose cherished or forgotten textiles into flowers full of texture, colour, and character—perfect for celebrating the season of renewal. What to bring: Any old fabrics you’d like to include in your wreath, such as shirts, bedspreads, or dresses Tea, coffee, water and squash are included. Complimentary glass of prosecco or No-secco on arrival. Other drinks (wine, prosecco or a small selection of canned soft drinks) are available to purchase on the night if you wish. Adults Pasta Workshop

In this 3 hour workshop you will learn how to make your own fresh pasta, the techniques for different shapes including filled pasta, and then whip up a fantastically simple yet delicious sauce and some pesto. A really fun and informative session. All dietary requirements, allergies and intolerances can be catered for with prior notice. We can offer gluten free but we do not recommend this class if you are coeliac due to the airborne flour particles from other participants.

A fun and informative day where children aged 8yrs+ can learn some new dishes and pick up vital knowledge on basic knife skills and food hygiene facts. !Image Working in our bespoke cookery studio each participant will have their own cookery workstation in true 'masterchef' style! During the day they will cook 4 recipes, one of which will be lunch which we will sit down together to eat whilst discussing different topics we have covered during the morning. (Children are welcome to bring a packed lunch if they prefer, but we ask you to kindly refrain from any nut based products in case of allergies within the group). Recipes will be: Moussaka Greek Salad Chicken Slouvaki & flatbreads Honey cake All dietary requirements, allergies and intolerances can be accommodated with notice.

Mini-Masterchef Day

##A fun and informative day where children aged 11yrs+ can show their creative flair, while learning some new knowledge on basic knife skills and food hygiene facts. !Image In this 'Masterchef' style day we will provide classic base recipes with a diverse choice of additional ingredients for them to customise their flavours and really make the finished product individual! Recipes will be: 18/2, 28/5, 27/8: Soda Bread, Pies, Cheesecake and Risotto 8/4, 31/7, 28/10: Focaccia Bread, Quiche, Muffins and Curry Working in our bespoke cookery studio each participant will have their own cookery workstation in true 'masterchef' style! During the day they will cook 4 recipes, one of which will be lunch which we will sit down together to eat . (Children are welcome to bring a packed lunch/snacks if they prefer, but we ask you to kindly refrain from any nut based products in case of allergies within the group).
