Adults Pasta Workshop

In this 3 hour workshop you will learn how to make your own fresh pasta, the techniques for different shapes including filled pasta, and then whip up a fantastically simple yet delicious sauce and some pesto. A really fun and informative session. All dietary requirements, allergies and intolerances can be catered for with prior notice. We can offer gluten free but we do not recommend this class if you are coeliac due to the airborne flour particles from other participants.

A fun and informative day where children aged 8yrs+ can learn some new dishes and pick up vital knowledge on basic knife skills and food hygiene facts. !Image Working in our bespoke cookery studio each participant will have their own cookery workstation in true 'masterchef' style! During the day they will cook 4 recipes, one of which will be lunch which we will sit down together to eat whilst discussing different topics we have covered during the morning. (Children are welcome to bring a packed lunch if they prefer, but we ask you to kindly refrain from any nut based products in case of allergies within the group). Recipes will be: Phad Thai Green Curry, making their own curry paste (aromatic, can be made not spicy if desired) Coconut Rice Thai Pork Bites and Sweet Chilli Sauce All dietary requirements, allergies and intolerances can be accommodated with notice.

##A fun and informative day where children aged 11yrs+ can show their creative flair, while learning some new knowledge on basic knife skills and food hygiene facts. !Image In this 'Masterchef' style day we will provide classic base recipes with a diverse choice of additional ingredients for them to customise their flavours and really make the finished product individual! Recipes will be: 18/2, 28/5, 27/8: Soda Bread,
