About Us
Owl Badminton Club has been bringing players together since 2017, starting in Tokyo, Japan and now based in London. We’re all about fun badminton in a relaxed, friendly, and inclusive environment. To keep games enjoyable and competitive, we limit player numbers and always use feather shuttles for an authentic playing experience. Players of all levels are welcome—our goal is simple: great games, good company, and lots of fun on court. 🏸 When & Where

We are a not-for-profit club, so commitment matters once you RSVP.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the session to avoid charges and allow others to join
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a full non-attendance charge
Repeated no-shows will be banned from the club
All bookings are paid in advance, non-refundable, and non-transferable
If a session is cancelled by us, you’ll be offered a replacement session
If you can’t attend, please update your RSVP to “Not going” at least 24 hours before the event.
We understand that plans can change, but please book only when you’re confident you can attend. Early bookings secure your place but are made at your own risk. 🛠️ Extra Services

There is a social side to our club, with social gathering and fun activities organized for members. We run our own badminton club tournaments every year.

Always stretch and warm up properly before and after our session for injury prevention . We are only a social group, not insured and are not liable for any injury or loss that you may suffer as a result of your participation at any of our sessions.
We may occasionally take videos or images during the sessions. By joining our Meetup group and events, you grant Owl Badminton Club permission to take videos, images or audios and to use them in any media including, without limitation, in printed publications, presentations, promotional material or online, in their original format or edited or altered in any way.
We want every member to have a good experience every time and continue playing with the club. If you have any feedback about Owl Badminton Club (positives and negatives) or any suggestion, please let us know!
