In partnership with ‘London Basketball Association’ we will be offering basketball skills sessions aimed at developing the fundamentals of the game, teamwork principles, discipline and elements of strength & conditioning. The sessions are open both males of ALL abilities!
Shooting Session (Ages 8–17, Mixed) – Regal Court
This Basketball Shooting Session is designed to help young people aged 8–17 develop confidence, technique, and accuracy in a fun and supportive environment. The session is suitable for Beginner and Intermediate players who want to improve their shooting skills while staying active and engaged. Coached by our Sessional Coaches with support from the Admin Team.

It’s the perfect opportunity to practice your skills, enjoy a casual scrimmage, and connect with others in a supportive environment. Sessions take place at one of London’s most iconic basketball courts the Regal offering a unique setting for both fun and fitness.
