A calm, welcoming space to unwind, reflect, and reconnect. In a world that often feels busy and overwhelming, this is a chance to slow down. ✨ What happens at our sessions 🧘‍♂️ Guided meditation (simple & beginner-friendly) 💭 Gentle reflection (no pressure to speak) 🎶 Live ambient mantra music (just listen & relax) 🍵 Tea and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere 👋 Who is this for? You feel stressed, overwhelmed, or mentally busy You’re curious about meditation but don’t know where to start You want something deeper than just another social event No experience needed. Many people come on their own. 🌼 What makes this different? This isn’t a class. And it’s not intense or overly “spiritual”. It’s a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. * 📍 Location Manchester (Deansgate area)

📍 M1 1JQ

What kind of group is this?  It's a series of open Bible discussion groups based in Manchester/Salford, welcoming beginners or people from other faith backgrounds and anyone who is interested in exploring the Bible. You're welcome to ask any question about God, the Bible of the Christian faith.  Who are the organizers? We are a group of local Christians coming from all sorts of cultural and church backgrounds. Some of us are associated with The Alliance Church, Grace Church, Salford Evangelical Presbyterian Church, St Philips Chapel Street, and Holy Trinity Platt. What should I expect when I come? You can expect friendly people from different countries, mostly universities students or professionals, possibly a meal together, and a time of reading a passage from the Bible together, asking challenging questions about it and applying it in our lives. There may also be a prayer time too! Can I bring friends? Feel free to bring along friends, especially those who are not used to conventional church but would like to learn more about the Bible =) Why not give it a try? You can just come and see if it is for you. There's no obligation to stay.
