We are a friendly and well-established board games group that meets weekly. We have been running since 2014 - it's free to come along on a Monday night and play all kinds of tabletop and board games. We have all kinds of games being played each week - it's bring your own, or just join in someone elses! We also run social deduction games every Wednesday such as Werewolves and Blood on the Clocktower. We have a great space in a central location in the city, well connected to public transport. Food and drink available on site and big, clean tables to play on. Plenty of room for all!

This meet-up is for anyone who wants a friendly game — whether you’ve been playing for years or are just getting started and want to learn from others. The preferred venue is Steven Charles Snooker Centre, known for its great hourly rates and well-kept tables, but the final location will be confirmed once we know how many people are attending. £5.00 payment to Sam on arrival to play American Pool. English Pool is PAYG and is £1.00 per game. If you would like to play Snooker, please DM Sam to check availability. If you are unable to attend an event and inform us in advance. Join for a night of board games, RPG, tabletop and social deduction fun. Whether you are new to board games or a seasoned veteran there will be games you can join in. Rules will be explained as needed and the atmosphere is friendly. It's bring your own games so if there's something you want to play please bring it, otherwise if you don't have any you can find space in a game someone else is running. Pop upstairs anytime from around 5pm and you'll find a friendly mix of people - just introduce yourself at a table that interests you. You don't need to arrive at the start to join in - you can turn up anytime and jump into the next available game. There is free parking (though not unlimited space obviously, so snooze you lose - there is on-street offering as well which is free after 8pm) and the Deansgate-Castlefield tram stop is a mere 5 minutes walk away. Our events are a safe space for everyone - all are welcome10
The Rainbow Dragons are an LGBTQIA+ group that play Dungeons & Dragons and other Role Play Games. We also have a our Discord where we socialise online and chat about games and other fun stuff. We welcome new and experienced players. If you are wanting to play a game, check out the Meetup postings. Meetups will be based in Manchester City Centre and online but we welcome members from all over the world. Please message an event organiser if you have any questions at all before attending an event, or are interested in running games for the group. Please note that all members must be over 18.
