Working on Mobility, Set up, Pulls, Landing and Foot Work etc.Structured programming to compliment your lifts in the CrossFit Workout of the Day.There is a 2 hour before the class cut off to cancel or change your session. Any cancellations inside the 2 hour window will result in you losing the class.
