Age is not the important thing but you must have a sense of fun. This is our 18th year. We have friends throughout Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and the Cotswolds. If you're looking to have fun and make new friends then join us. Membership costs £2.50 per month. The first month is free. Members who are unable to pay are not expected to make a contribution. We strive to maintain an environment for people to participate in activities, enjoy new and old friend's company and make lasting relationships. Due to this we have a very simple code of conduct. Inappropriate conduct, including, without limitation, stalking, inappropriate touching or other such unwanted physical contact, inappropriate emails, messages (we are NOT a dating site, do not message members you never met) texts, telephoning, poor behaviour such as inappropriate comments, racism, sexism, etc., will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the group. This is a group for ladies (suggested age group 45+) who wish to meet new people and make new friends.  Anyone can be an event organiser, even if it's just for a one-off event so if anyone has any ideas for future meetups and would be prepared to organise and host the occasional event, don't be shy. I need your input and some willing volunteers...let's start filling our calendar! You do not have to divulge your surname when joining this group. However, please do provide your real name and not some nickname or user name that you might use on other websites. A profile photo of you is helpful too, so that we can look out for you when you venture out to your first Meetup event.  Membership Fees The half yearly membership fee is £5. This money goes towards running the group and Meetup Platform costs.  This can be paid by bank transfer or PayPal (friends & family) by the end of April and October each year. Further details will be provided by email before each renewal date. If you have not been able to attend any events in the past 6 months, you may pay a reduced fee of £3. Anyone who fails to pay anything will be removed from the group. If you are removed from the group due to non payment of fees, you will be required to pay £5 to re-join.

Group will be running weekly activities (mixture of weekdays and weekends) ranging in variety including pub meets, countryside walks, coffee shop meets, bowling, mini golf, meals and many more. Aim is to bring strangers together and make tonnes of new friends every week! Open to anyone over 18.
