The Cambridgeshire Adult ADHD Online Support Group

Thu
📅 25 Jun 2026
📍 CB1 2EB

Join us for our next Cambridgeshire Adult ADHD online session, focused on deepening understanding of adult ADHD and exploring practical, real-world strategies for managing its impact on daily life. These sessions are supportive, structured, and discussion-led, offering space to share experiences, reflect, and learn from others who genuinely understand the challenges of adult ADHD. Topics typically include coping strategies, organisation, emotional regulation, work and relationships, and navigating diagnosis later in life. As interest in the group continues to grow, our aim is to build a thoughtful, respectful community of adults who want meaningful conversation rather than surface-level advice. This group is particularly suited to: Adults with ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified) Those recently diagnosed and seeking clarity * Partners or supporters who want a deeper understanding of adult ADHD To keep sessions safe and constructive, attendees are asked to engage respectfully and be open to reflection and shared learning. Michael Ling facilitates the group and is an ADHD coach specialising in practical, personalised strategies for adults. Those looking for additional 1-to-1 support outside the group can find more information at: michaellingcoaching.com

Cambridge Neurodivergent Social

Wed
📅 1 Jul 2026
📍 CB1 7GX

Cambridge Neurodivergent Social is a friendly, low-pressure group for neurodivergent adults in and around Cambridge who’d like to meet new people without all the usual social guesswork. Whether you’re autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, dyslexic, dyspraxic, formally diagnosed, self-diagnosed, questioning, or just feeling suspiciously seen by the term neurospicy, you’re very welcome here. The aim is simple. Relaxed meetups, decent conversation, and a space where people can be themselves without having to mask quite so hard. Events might include coffee, walks, board games, pub chats, cinema trips, casual food, or anything else that sounds fun without being too intense. No forced icebreakers. No networking energy. No pressure to be the life and soul of the party. Just a kind, accepting group for people who like connection, but may prefer it with a bit more understanding and a lot less awkward nonsense.

Cambridge Asperger’s Support Group Meetup

Fri
📅 26 Jun 2026
📍 CB2 1RB

This group is for anyone with Aspergers or High-Functioning Autism, or anyone who thinks they might be, or has a close friend who may have it. I intend that it might be primarily for adults, but we'll see whether there is a demand for younger members. (I perceive that there is a fair amount of support for younger kids already. Let me know what you think on this.) Adult Aspies may well have gone thru childhood completely undiagnosed. This is a group to share experiences of real, Aspergers and NT (Neurotypicial) worlds, to share difficulties, any prevalence of discrimination, and of solutions that we have found to make life easier, happier and more understandable! We have a regular meetup on the 3rd Saturday of each month 3.30pm-6, and a less regular one on a weekday evening, usually a Wednesday. Also do use the group to organise meetups privately [especially say at Xmas-New Year, when people can be feeling a bit lonely.] Why not message people you met up with at a meetup, or post something that says "Does anyone fancy joining me at..." etc? This space is for you.
