BODYBALANCE™ Body Balance is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Feel lighter, stronger and happier after high-intensity, dance-based cardio followed by strength training and stretching.
Fire up your metabolism in this HIIT class that combines high-intensity dance-based cardio with intervals of targeted strength work. Finish with concentrated strength training.
Move It Or Lose It
Turn back the clock with this fun, effective low impact exercise class specifically designed to meet the health and fitness needs of older adults. We focus on improving balance, muscle & bone strength, flexibility, posture & aerobic health to keep you fit for life. This fitness programme follows all relevant health guidelines to promote active ageing. Exercises can be done standing or seated in a friendly, social environment. Go at your own pace!
Move It Or Lose It
This is a regular weekly class suitable for anyone wanting a low impact class (no getting on the floor or jumping), and people recovering from injury and illness, or just wanting to start exercise again after a break. Chair exercises offer a safe and effective way to maintain strength in the bones and muscles, improve flexibility, and boost health related skills such as coordination, without putting too much stress on your joints. The class will finish with gentle relaxation exercises to reduce aches, loosen up muscles, relax your joints and calm your mind.

Frome
Level 3: 3-4 miles, fields and hills, quicker pace and possible stiles. Intermediate walks, ideal for those with good walking fitness and able to complete 60-90mins with minimal stops. Level 4: 3-5 miles, fields and steep hills, quicker pace and stiles. Advanced walks, ideal for those with very good mobility and fitness and able to complete 90mins + with minimal stops. Under 18’s may attend but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
