Our online Tai Chi sessions are particularily suited to people who are unable to access face to face sessions. All abilities are welcome, you will be joined by our wonderful , experienced instructor Ruth, who will teach you a range of Tai Chi movements and breathing techniques. All our online fitness sessions are free. Please call for the Zoom links.

Our seated yoga classes are led by our wonderful instructor Srina, she will teach you a range of yoga moves and breathing techniques. Anyone over 18 will be made to feel most welcome , whatever your ability.Please ensure you wear comfortable clothing, in order that you are able to move around freely.
