*PLEASE NOTE NEW DATE! 7km / 2hrs aprox.* Welcome to the very first SSS meet up! :) A gentle and relatively flat walk with plenty of coffee opportunities… This lovely trail runs beside Porter Brook between Endcliffe Park and Forge Dam. The route begins at the main entrance to Endcliffe Park car park, with additional on-street parking available at Rustlings Road along Endcliffe Park. Along our route, we will pass Endcliffe Park Cafe then follow a path through Holme Wheel

We are a friendly community of outdoor lovers since July 24, offering free outdoor events in the Peak District National park. Join us to stay active, meet new people, connect with nature, create lasting memories, and enjoy stunning scenery. Everyone is welcome - all ages and abilities. Routes range from easy walks to challenging hikes. There are no membership or event fees - everything is completely free. Important information: Anyone joining our events is responsible for their safety and health (including guests). The group does not have any insurance policy covering injuries. This group is for runners (beginners through to advanced) in Sheffield who want to be as confident in their robustness for running as possible, so they can continually improve without substantial setbacks from injury. There will be various events/classes posted in the group, where Runners' Physiotherapist Jake Wilde will host group strength & conditioning sessions for runners in the area. This group is for you if you want to be able to stay with running for the longer term, and to have confidence in the strength and resilience of your body to be able to continue running. Also to gain a deeper understanding of what causes injuries and how you can reach your potential as a runner. However big or small your individual goals are.
