
Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is perfect for beginners, or those rehabilitating from an injury. This is a Hatha style practice, combining slow, deliberate movements with our breath to gain strength, stability, flexibility and increase our range of movement. We practice the same set of postures each class, allowing you to track your progress. Gentle Yoga is dialogue led, giving your Yoga Teacher the chance to observe and adjust where necessary. This class is great for people suffering with sciatica, lower back and shoulder pain. The practice concludes with guided relaxation.
