Come join me for the Mile End Parkrun. Its every Saturday at 9am in Mile End Park. See full details here: Parkrun is for every level, so don't worry about your fitness. Full disclosure: my fitness is terrible, although I am slowly getting better! We all know that exercise is important, but its just way more fun when we are all doing it together!! :-) Parkrun is totally free, and so is this meetup event. Let's aim to meet at 8.45am. And then afterwards, some of us may go to a nearby cafe for some breakfast or a coffee together. During the run itself, I expect we will get separated, as each of us will go at our own pace. Currently, this meetup event repeats every 2 weeks. But Parkrun is actually every Saturday. So if there is the interest, I am happy for this meetup to repeat on a weekly basis also.

Accompanied children welcome - must be booked on at full single ticket price. You will be guided through each and every step and call out, before putting all you have learnt into choreographed tracks. We will be providing the steps - but if you have your own (the same kind as the one featured in the image above), and plan on bringing it along, please leave a note in your booking. Use the videos on this page to learn the basics and some of the tracks we will be covering in class. Hip Hop Step with SinFit classes may include portions of the class which are lead by instructors from Team SinFit Fitness. Please bring your own mat - we are no longer supplying spare ones Please bring your own water and towel. REFUND/CANX POLICY You are able to manage you own transfer / cancellation up to 12 hours prior to the class start time, via your original booking email.
