This is a meetup group for people who want to do a hot pod yoga class ( for more information) combining this with travelling around the UK to meet new people and make new friends. I thought I'd combine my love of yoga with making new friends. Most of the classes are beginner friendly so if its something you are interested in, it is something that you can easily take part in. (any questions I encourage to you contact the class studio regarding specific classes difficult levels regarding your suitability to take part.) Hot Pod Yoga. I recommend you visiting the website for more information. I came across the concept one bank holiday when i was looking for things to do and tried a class loved it! I would describe the concept as 'a yoga class in a sauna'. (as a complement to regular yoga and my gym workouts) They have lots of studios around the UK in other UK cities and the idea is that we get the coach/train and go for the yoga.
